Your device must support eSIM and be carrier-unlocked. Most recent iPhones, Pixels, and flagship Android phones are compatible. Check your phone settings or the manufacturer site to confirm.

You can buy ahead of your trip. Install before you travel and enable the eSIM line when you arrive. Plan validity usually starts when the eSIM is installed or first connects to a supported network.

Open your order in the app and follow the install steps. You can tap the install link, scan the QR code, or enter the SM-DP+ address and activation code manually.
