Refund Policy

This Refund Policy is part of the Simuno Terms of Service and applies to eSIM plans purchased through simuno.app and the Simuno mobile app (the "Services").

1. Merchant of record

Simuno is the reseller and merchant of record for eSIM plans sold through the Services. Connectivity is provided by third-party carrier partners, and eSIM provisioning is handled by our partner eSIM Access (https://esimaccess.com/).

2. Limited refunds

Refunds are available only if an eSIM is not delivered or cannot be activated due to a provider issue. Refunds are not available after installation, activation, or data usage.

3. What is not refundable

  • Unused data or remaining days.
  • Device incompatibility or locked devices.
  • Change of mind or accidental purchases.

4. Authorizations and captures

Some payments are authorized first and captured after eSIM delivery. If an eSIM cannot be delivered, the authorization is canceled automatically whenever possible.

5. How to request a review

Contact support@simuno.app with your order ID and a brief description of the issue. We may request additional details to verify eligibility.

6. Chargebacks

Please contact support before filing a chargeback so we can resolve the issue quickly.
