These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of simuno.app and the Simuno mobile app (the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Services
Simuno is an eSIM marketplace that lets you purchase cellular data plans from third-party providers. Simuno is the reseller and merchant of record for plans sold through the Services. Connectivity is provided by third-party carrier partners, and eSIM provisioning is handled by our partner eSIM Access (https://esimaccess.com/). Simuno is not a mobile carrier. Plan availability, coverage, and speeds depend on local networks.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter a binding agreement to use the Services.
3. Accounts and security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it. Keep your email access and device secure.
4. Device compatibility
You are responsible for confirming that your device supports eSIM and is carrier-unlocked before purchase.
5. Orders, delivery, and activation
- After purchase, we deliver your eSIM activation details in the app and/or by email.
- Activation typically requires a QR code or in-app installation flow.
- eSIMs are intended for use on one device at a time and may not be transferable after installation.
6. Plan usage and restrictions
Plans are for personal or business travel use. You may not resell or misuse the Services, attempt to bypass payment systems, or interfere with network operations.
7. Fair Use Policy
Some Day Pass plans include a daily high-speed data allowance. After the daily allowance is used, speeds may be reduced to 2G range (typically 128-512 Kbps) until the daily reset. Plan details and checkout will show if a Fair Use Policy applies.
8. Pricing and payment
- Prices are shown in the displayed currency and may include applicable taxes or fees.
- Payments are processed by Stripe and may support Apple Pay or Google Pay where available.
- Some payments may be authorized first and captured after eSIM delivery.
9. Refunds and cancellations
Refunds are not offered once an eSIM is purchased, except in rare cases where the eSIM is not delivered or cannot be activated due to a provider issue. We do not refund for unused data, device incompatibility, or change of mind. Contact support@simuno.app to review eligibility.
10. Chargebacks and disputes
Please contact support before filing a chargeback so we can resolve the issue quickly.

12. Intellectual property
All content, branding, and software related to the Services are owned by Simuno or its licensors and are protected by law.
13. Disclaimers
The Services are provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Emergency services may not be available when using data-only eSIMs.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Simuno is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for network issues outside our control.
15. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Services.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services means you accept the updated Terms.
