Simuno ("Simuno", "we", "us") provides an eSIM marketplace through simuno.app and the Simuno mobile app (the "Services"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you use the Services.

Account information: name, email address, login identifiers, and language preference.
Social sign-in data: Apple or Google identifier, email, and name (if provided).
Purchase and service data: plan selections, destinations, order IDs, activation status, and support messages.
eSIM provisioning data: ICCID, SM-DP+ address, activation code, and related delivery metadata.
Payment data: payments are processed by Stripe and may support Apple Pay or Google Pay. We do not store full card numbers.
Device and usage data: device model, OS version, app events, IP address, and approximate location derived from IP.

Deliver and support your eSIM purchases.
Process payments, verify transactions, and prevent fraud.
Send receipts, activation instructions, and service updates.
Provide customer support and resolve issues.

eSIM provisioning partner: eSIM Access (https://esimaccess.com/) to provision and manage eSIM profiles.

Legal and safety: to comply with law or protect users and our Services.
